To receive your Philips Christmas Cash Back you can either;

Submit
your claim online by either scanning your purchase receipt
or mailing to us in the post.
- You can select to receive your Cashback via EFT or
cheque
- You will be prompted to either scan your purchase
receipt or alternatively if you do not have access to a
scanner, then you can print your online claim form and mail
together with your purchase receipt to the address below.
